    Can you really lose weight with hypnosis? It sounds just too good to be true doesn’t it? Well, it turns out that very many people have actually managed to shed those extra pounds by using this simple technique. So it certainly sounds like something worth looking at.     Hypnosis basically works by putting the inner voice that is sometimes called your inner-critic, to sleep.     By using auto-suggestion techniques though hypnosis, you can quit smoking, lose weight, improve your self-confidence and make many other welcome changes to your life “ simply by changing your beliefs.
